What we collect

Anonymous usage events. When you load a page or use a tool we record the page path, the tool name, a few coarse choices, the website you came from and campaign tags in the link. We also store a short anonymous visitor code made by mixing your IP address and browser with a secret code that changes every day. We do not store your IP address and we cannot link visits across days.
Most tool inputs stay in your browser. What you type into the calendar, the plan builder and the exam check, including firm names, is not sent to us. Documents are built on your device.
The Marketing Rule scan. The website address you enter is sent to our server so it can read your public pages. We do not store the address or the page text. We store only an anonymous count so we can limit each visitor to 3 scans a day. Results are shown to you and then discarded. The scanner identifies itself as AdviserReadyBot and obeys robots.txt.
Your email details. If you join the list or reserve a spot we store the email, the optional choices you make and your consent.

No cookies. No advertising or third-party tracking scripts. We do not sell your data.

Usage events are kept for up to 12 months. Email details are kept until you ask us to delete them or we stop the project.
